OneNote is available and can be updated via the Mac App Store but Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook have never been available in the Mac App Store. Also note, that if you installed Microsoft Office 2016 then version of OneNote installed with that, along with all of the other Microsoft Office 2016 applications will need to be updated by going to Help>Check For Updates in any of the Microsoft Office applications.
