The recipient Name will be blank as this is used when sending emails, you need to right click where it says recipent name and click view settings and then columns, and select and add, to, which will show you who you have sent the emails to. Preferences: Outlook 2011's account settings are now found in a new Preferences dialog box. One feature that's still missing is support for Kerberos as an authentication mechanism for IMAP/SMTP accounts. It’s available for Exchange, but the lack of Kerberos support means that you can’t use Single Signon for IMAP in Outlook 2011 as you can with Mail. Chris, I also had this problem. I discovered that mails got stuck when the manually mailbox was added manually in the Outlook profile; File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings -> E-mail accounts. When I gave the delegate full access to the shared mailbox with Add-Mailboxpermissions, so that Automapping is occurring, the mail didn’t got stuck anymore in the Outbox. I also worked when I added the delegate to the shared mailbox through File -> Account Settings -> Delegate Access, and after manually adding the mailbox to the account through File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings -> E-mail accounts -> (highlight the exchange account and click Change) -> More Settings -> Advanced -> Add (the shared mailbox). It looks like Exchange messes up with permission sets ( putting sent E-mails in the wrong Outbox ), although I cannot proof it. I is really late where I am at so I will blame it on that.

Hello, I am having the same issue of the Sent Items folder missing from a mailbox. It is just missing in the Outlook Web App but we can see it in Outlook 2016 client. I tried the MFCMAPI but the latest version I can find says it cannot find Outlook 2010 but I am using 2016. I therefore cannot go forward with trying to find the folder. I tested to see if you can move or delete the sent items folder in my own mailbox but it doesn't let you do either so what I am more confused about is how it can just go missing in the first place, especially if the staff members only use the OWA rather the Outlook client. Would you have any advise? Many thanks, Avril.

Outlook uses the display name in the To/CC/BCC fields, getting it from the message you are replying to, or from the Email Display Name field in Contacts. It is all the more annoying since it syncs across my devices and I get these duplicates on my iPhone and on the web interface as well. Strange thing though, this does not happen when sent from my iPhone (or from the web for that matter), indicating clearly that the issue lies within the Mail app for OS X. So my question is: does anyone know how to fix this and still let me sync my sent items across all my devices? What are the appropriate settings that I have to use to properly achieve this?
